NSS operates QAP1.1 facilities in Gladstone, Mackay and Townsville, which include a large AQIS approved wash bay, with gurney and a variety of inspection stands for containers and mobile equipment

- Tailgating of containers for delivery into rural destinations
- Clean and unpack of containers
- Storage of cargo under AQIS surveillance
- Storage of cargo not already cleared by AQIS
- Cleaning of cargo that is under AQIS direction
